Jeffrey Combs and Bruce Abbott star in this horror directed by Stuart Gordon. Unethical medical student Herbert West (Combs) has discovered a way to reanimate the dead. When he shares his work with his roommate and fellow medical student Dan Cain (Abbott), they decide to break into the hospital morgue to test the process on a human subject but the reanimated corpse immediately turns violent.

As the situation spirals out of control, can the undead be stopped? The cast also includes Barbara Crampton, Robert Sampson and David Gale.
