The debut full-length album from Britain's Rixton, 2015's Let the Road skillfully showcases the group's dynamic pop and R&B-infused sound. Produced by Benny Blanco along with Robopop, Rob Golan, and Steve Mac, the album also includes writing contributions from such luminaries as Ed Sheeran, Mike Posner, and Matchbox Twenty's Rob Thomas. Centered around lead singer Jake Roche, Rixton make soulful, high-energy pop that has drawn favorable comparison to such outfits as Maroon 5, Justin Timberlake, and Bruno Mars.
