Strictly Come Dancing: Dance School combines a variety of dance styles and techniques in simple, user friendly tutorials to gradually teach you at home how to shake your stuff like a pro! These personal dance classes simplify the moves so that people of all ages – and all capabilities – can join in at home and get to grips with the moves. Once you’ve learned the steps, join the professionals in the ‘Dancefloor’ section of the DVD – so you can get really confident before you take your new routines out on the town.
