Va Savoir [Blu-ray / Restored (Limited Edition)]

Jacques Rivette directs and co-writes this French-language drama starring Jeanne Balibar and Jacques Bonnaffé. Actress Camille (Balibar) is appearing in a Pirandello production directed by her partner Ugo (Sergio Castellitto) when she meets her former lover Pierre (Bonnaffé) and realises that an attraction still exists between them. Meanwhile, Ugo visits various libraries in search of a lost Godolini manuscript and his search eventually brings him to the private collection of Madame Desprez (Catherine Rouvel) whose beautiful daughter Dominique (Hélène de Fougerolles) helps him in his efforts.
